I gave up on texturing and animating the rpg so I made a light house. I made an animation of it but it was really poorly done. If you want to watch it. Its here.

There is a great online course book for Blender, developed by Jim Chronister for the Central Dauphin School District (Pennsylvania), at:

That has a Blender light house as a project. Did you use that book as a base?

You did a great job. The next steps would be to:

1) animate the light so that it illuminates the ground.

2) add smoke and mist effects

Great job with the texturing and shape of the lighthouse. It looks very realistic.
