2.50 Animation Part 2

How to make the most of Blender's animation windows, such as the IPO Curve Editor, the Action Editor, the Video Sequence Editor, and the NLA Editor

2.50 Animation Part 2

Watch the Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VCJ6hFDXCE

Read the Script and Download the Blend File: http://blender3dvideos.blogspot.com/2010/01/250-animation-part-2.html

In my first animation video, I showed how to keyframe location, rotation, scale, and material color, as well as how to group keyframed properties into keying sets. I left you probably wondering how, considering that the IPO window has disappeared, you can change the curves by editing them as you could do in Version 2.4x. In this video, I will show you how this is done, and how, overall, the animation process is easier than before. We will also look at some properties that now can be keyframed, such as modifiers, as well as the new F-Curve system.

Hi Serge,

Your translation definitely is helpful. Here's a thought. How about creating a blog - that's where my scripts for the videos are - by going to:

http://www.blogger.com

Call it whatever Blender3DVideos translates to in French. Your blog will be at blender3dvideosenfrancais.blogspot.com

You can translate each of the videos as you did the animation one and create separate blog entries for each. I can direct people whose first language is French to your site and you could publicize your site as well.

Of course, this would work for any other language, if there are any volunteers :D

Thanks, these tutorials have been a really good start!

But, there is one thing Im absolutely stumped on..

How can I animate deformation of the mesh? For example, modifying a single vertex on the cube?

Thanks!
